The beneficiaries have at their disposal rooms that are of different residential types. The building has suites, single-bedded, twin-bedded and triple-bedded rooms. They are equipped with the following: bathroom which is adjusted for semi-mobile and immobile individuals, LCD TV set, SOS button to call nurses and caregivers. Most rooms have a balcony.

The ground floor of the building contains a dining hall and common living area, equipped so that our beneficiaries could spend a pleasant time during the day.

The home possesses all disability aids.

The beneficiaries also have at their disposal a yard with approximately m2 of the arranged green area.

Free wireless internet access (WiFi) is available for all guests.

The whole home is under video surveillance.
